Breathwork Facilitator
I started practicing various devotional practices such as yoga and meditation when I was 12 years old.
After traveling all over India I moved to Koh Phangan, Thailand, where I deepened my spiritual and personal development journey.
I started exploring these practices more, learned from various healing modalities and started helping people become more in touch with their body through active meditation and breathwork. I discovered that there are many benefits that come from breathwork, including mental clarity, decreased stress, better immune system and finding inner peace!
It’s a powerful process that uses breath to open, heal and integrate the multidimensional aspects of the subconscious mind.
Our breath is the bridge between the inner and outer aspects of life and is therefore unique in its ability to bring these into harmony.
This simple method is a powerful tool for healing and acts as a catalyst for other healing practices.

Private sessions are offered on-demand basis. The sessions are facilitated in a safe environment where clients can really allow the transformation to happen.

Group sessions and classes are offered for groups of students in any requested venue or retreat center.
Currently I am facilitating classes in Thailand.

Intensive training is conducted around southeast Asia, currently based in Thailand.
